Our Journey
The Take Off Period
Started with the story of a group of professionals joining together, from various backgrounds like Aviation, Medical, and Education fields. Having realized a glaring gap - a shortage of skilled manpower that hindered progress and innovation in their own domains. With years of study and fieldwork, their realization solidified, and they found a lot of individuals spending their time and health in subsistent conditions that are different from their niche. Thus, the idea of FlyHi was born, dedicated, and destined to bridge the gap in skilled manpower and as a beacon of hope for many individuals.
The Climb
Our humble endeavor initially addressed the staffing shortages in aviation, medical, and education, and soon evolved into something bigger. Understanding the global demand for skilled manpower, we expanded our horizon to other domains as well. Today, operating on a global scale, we provide skilled professionals to many other fields such as IT, Construction workers, Drivers, Plumbers, etc.
The Cruise Phase
Our experience in staffing further allowed us to delve into another problem that transcended borders and disciplines, the gap between aspiration and opportunities. Thus, we slowly started to provide educational consultancy to students connecting the students to institutions worldwide, in fact, it was something we started at the beginning.
